Before Exsel, Ali spent ten years running his own agency, scaling it from a one person operation into a thirty person team with a 95 percent client retention rate. He is also MIT xPRO certified in AI strategy, which he puts to work making campaigns smarter instead of just busier.

Outside the office, Ali is either planning his next trip or already on one.
